When I was in my early twenties, I suddenly got acne and, consequently, I lost so much of my confidence.  I felt my whole face had been invaded.  I had cysts all over my face and it had left really deep scarring.  It looked so bad that even make up couldn’t cover it; in fact,  it made it look worse.  I never could have imagined feeling so low from having acne – it took away so much of my confidence.  I felt really self-conscious doing the simplist of things like talking to somone face to face.  I felt that in such a short period of time I had gone from a really outgoing person to someone who was shy and withdrawn. Thank you to Dr Khan for the laser treatment that has taken away most of my scars from acne. The treatment really hurt at the time and I looked very red for a week,( but mineral make up covered it up). The pain was really worth it, my face looks so smooth now.
