Sculptra® is an injectable volumising treatment that stimulates your own facial collagen production (that naturally breaks down with age) to smooth out lines and wrinkles and restore lost facial volume to give you a fuller, younger-looking face.

Sculptra® produces gradual and long-lasting results for an extremely natural looking more youthful face. The treatment has been clinically proven to soften and smooth deep lines and wrinkles whilst also restoring that all-important volume to the face that we all lose with age. It can be used to treat deep lines and folds between the nose and mouth, marionette lines, sunken cheeks, lines and wrinkles in the cheeks or chin and deep scars.

Recommend for: Suitable for all skin types and no allergy testing is required. The main ingredient in Sculptra has been used in surgical operations for over 25 years and is biocompatible and biodegradable.

Results: The effects are gradual and the benefits will usually be visible after approximately six weeks. Facial volume is restored with lines and wrinkles appearing smoothed out, the skin will look firmer and tighter.  The face looks fuller and more youthful and the effects are extremely natural looking.

How Often: Two or three treatments are usually required. Clinical studies have shown that the results are visible for two years after the final treatment which is significantly longer than other injectibles.

Recovery Time: No downtime though immediately following treatment there may be some swelling, bruising and tenderness that usually disappears after two-six days. For the best results it is necessary to massage the treated area twice daily for a month after treatment.
