@apoorva.resort · 14 days agoFrom your list, it seems like you can't eat anything at all... What's wrong with vegetables? And chicken? These are normal foods. They're only off-limits if you specifically react to them. Try them out, test them. If you eat something and break out the next day, eliminate it. Everything comes gradually, there's no universal diet because each body is unique. You need to eat a balanced diet with all the vitamins, without them, your skin will suffer. Dairy and gluten, yes, they're often allergens, but everything else is individual.

@alee.levy · 14 days agoI don't eat chicken because it's pumped full of hormones and we end up consuming them. Someone wrote to me about vegetables on this forum, but I don't know why we shouldn't eat them and wanted to ask. But there are no useful answers so far.

@dcotton · 12 days agoSo, doctors prescribe such diets that you can't have anything but turnips, unsalted buckwheat and turkey. I was told that chicken is a strong allergen. Although I've only cut out dairy and sweets to a minimum 😊.
