The Harley Street Skin Clinic app and website (“the Platform”) are operated by The Harley Street Skin Clinic (“we,” “us,” “our”). We are committed to creating a safe and positive environment for all users. However, our Platform is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old. We have a zero-tolerance policy for content or conduct that exploits or endangers children. - Any content that depicts or encourages harm, abuse, or endangerment of a minor.
- Advocacy or instructions on the physical or emotional abuse of minors.

- Content that promotes dangerous or self-harm activities among minors.
- Content that provides instructions for the creation or use of weapons, illicit substances, or any activity that poses a risk to minors’ well-being.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Moderation
UGC Uploads
The Platform allows users to upload images, videos, and other materials. We require all users to comply with our Community Guidelines and this Child Safety Standards Policy when uploading content.
Moderation Team
We maintain a dedicated moderation team that reviews user-generated content for compliance with our policies.
Any reported or flagged content involving suspected harm or exploitation of minors is escalated immediately for priority review and action.
Flagging and Reporting
Users can flag or report content they believe is inappropriate or violates this Child Safety Standards Policy.
Once content is flagged, it enters our moderation queue for further review. In cases involving potential child harm or exploitation, we expedite the review process.
Enforcement Actions
Content that violates this Policy will be removed.
Accounts involved in posting or distributing harmful content, especially content depicting minors in sexual or exploitative scenarios, will be subject to immediate suspension or termination.
We reserve the right to ban users who repeatedly or severely violate our policies.
4. Cooperation with Law Enforcement
We fully cooperate with law enforcement and other relevant authorities in cases involving the potential sexual exploitation or abuse of minors.
If we become aware of content that depicts or exploits minors, we will remove it, terminate the associated accounts, and report the content and user(s) to the appropriate law enforcement agencies or child protection organizations as required by law.
5. Privacy and Data Collection
We do not knowingly collect, store, or share personal information from anyone under 18.

6. User Responsibilities
Compliance
By using the Platform, you agree to comply with this Child Safety Standards Policy, along with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Safe Interactions
Users are encouraged to report any suspicious behavior, harassment, or abuse directed toward minors.
Because this Platform is only for adults aged 18 and over, any suspected underage user activity must be reported immediately.
7. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Child Safety Standards Policy periodically to reflect changes in the law, our practices, or our Platform’s features. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Platform or via email before those changes take effect.
