While we will be happy to help with Fractora, it is not suitable for everyone. Good candidates are mostly healthy individuals who are looking to combat the signs of ageing. Those suffering from active acne or acne scars, and other skin problems can also benefit.
Unfortunately, though Fractora treatment has not been proven unsafe in pregnant or breastfeeding women we do discourage its use. This treatment is not for those with defibrillators or pacemakers because it can interfere with the device.
Potential adverse reactions to Fractora Forma will include pain, burning, bruising, and inflammation at the site of treatment, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation as well as scar formations. Burns and pigmentation changes are uncommon but still a chance if the instructions for care after the treatment is not followed properly. Small scabs may develop but can be easily covered by makeup 1 to 3 days after the procedure. Report any side effects straight away.
Some people may develop redness, itching or blistering in reaction to the topical anaesthetic, this could resolve with over the counter mild cortisones and will not cause permanent scarring.
