22-Year-Old Regrets Difficult, Painful Breast Lift Experience

Ladies, I'm 22 years old, a C cup, but I'm as thin as two pancakes, sagging all my life. I just had a lift without implants. They didn't cut anything inside, just folded it, I'll be able to feed. The doctor said that since they don't put silicone in, it won't hurt. But after the operation, the pain was hellish. I was shaking for an hour after the anaesthetic, I couldn't eat anything, I was immediately nauseous. At 3 in the morning, I already had a high temperature, I started to shiver. I still can't eat anything. My husband has just brought me home. The operation was very, very difficult. I feel like I'm going to die in the evening. Sorry for the scary review, but I decided to write on emotions. In the future, no matter what my chest looks like, I will never do it again for anything in the world. I hope at least the result will be worth these torments.

Oh, I want that too.... after breastfeeding 2 children, my breasts have completely sagged, and they were so beautiful before my first pregnancy, a full C cup, I could walk around without a bra, but now it's simply impossible, I look and cry.

Of course, there are incisions on the chest itself. I had an anchor one. I was told that in the case of a vertical, there's a high chance that a correction will be needed and that it will sag faster. The terrible scars you see on the internet are after fresh surgeries. I recently saw a girl with vertical stitches. Her surgery was about 8 months ago... They don't stand out at all, you have to know where to look. I'm planning to tape the stitches after the surgery for about 6 months for sure. It helps a lot.

In addition, there are cosmetic procedures - laser, ozone, tattooing. Surprisingly, the scars that are around the areola are more visible, they are white. And the vertical scar is skin-coloured. Henna is used to create very beautiful designs, I might apply it for some time while the scars are red.

Of course, I initially wanted a periareolar lift, even though I didn't really need it to make my breasts fully perky. It has many downsides, for example, the scar can stretch significantly and become noticeable. Also, one doctor suggested combining the periareolar lift with silicone, but in my case, I already have a C cup, it would have resulted in a huge D cup with a size 6 clothing. Why would I need that? And obviously, I have a narrow chest, they would have sagged quickly. My situation was on the edge between a vertical and an anchor lift. The doctor explained that in my case, the vertical would sag faster, the breast shape is less predictable and there is a high probability of subsequent corrections. I was initially very worried about the extra scar, but then I decided on the anchor lift, since the surgeon recommends it.

By the way, surprisingly, the scars around the areolas are more noticeable. (they're quite white), but not the vertical and anchor ones. That's what I saw on the girl. Don't be afraid of the vertical scar, if you need to do it. I'm going to be sticking plasters on for half a year now, so they're as thin as possible. And then we'll see what and how - there's laser, ozone and permanent. Permanent makeup covers not only those scars around the areolas, but also vertical ones for example. If they're a bit lighter, they're evened out to the skin colour. Perhaps you have a rough stitch on your leg? It should be noted that the cosmetic stitch, which is done during a breast lift, is much thinner than the stitch from a regular operation.

I don't really like the word 'scars' myself😊Scars are something different. We're talking about cosmetic scars here😊The top is very good now, the scar turned out to be thicker at the bottom than we expected, but I'm still very happy.

It's all individual. Some find it painful, others don't. My doctor told me that, in his entire practice, I complained about pain more than anyone else. The hangover from anaesthesia, I suppose, depends on the overall state of the body. In any case, I'm very pleased with the result. 😊

Thank you to everyone who wrote reviews! Thanks to you, I also decided to go for it. Less than a week has passed, but already nothing is sagging! Personally, it was tough for me after the operation. The first few days I was incredibly weak, and by the evening my temperature would rise. The hardest part was sleeping only on my back. Now things are improving. Thanks again.

On the 15th, I underwent a complex procedure - otoplasty, septorhinoplasty, and mastopexy with implant augmentation. I was under anaesthesia for 9 hours! Recovery was easy, I was a bit cold and the first night was dreadful due to the nasal tampons. In the morning, the tampons were removed and silicone splints with holes were left, breathing is possible, not fully of course, but still. Nothing bothers me except for my throat and occasionally a blocked nose, absolutely nothing hurts!!! I'm still scared to look at my chest, the stitches, the reattached nipples, as I had 3rd degree ptosis after 2 children. The only thing is, one breast doesn't feel anything, especially the nipple. The doc says it will pass, but I'm still scared. The shape is certainly beautiful, though patched up. Has anyone else lost sensitivity? How soon did it recover?
