23-Year-Old Seeks Advice for Facial Skin Pigmentation Issues

Hello. I have darkening of the facial skin, especially the forehead. The forehead is darker than the cheeks. I have been in the sun for a long time since childhood and I think it's pigmentation. And the colour of the face is so dark. Masks, kefir, and scrubs do not help. Is it too early for me to have chemical peels? I'm 23. I want to restore my natural face colour. I want to get rid of pigmentation. But how?

Skin peels can work wonders for pigmentation issues. It's always best to have a Visia skin analysis before starting any treatment. SPF 50 is a must and avoiding the sun when going through a course of peels is so important. Have you had a look at cosmelan peels?

All these tips can be utilised no earlier than October - November, depending on where you live. And now, daily sun protection cream, and always so, sun cream every day. In the summer period, if you live in the south, then also in the winter, but with a lower SPF.

Masks and scrubs are all well and good, but pigmentation is a condition, so it needs to be treated. I recommend trying the 'Before and After' cream for pigmentation spots from Twins Tek. It contains natural components that gently lighten the spots.

Peels work for me, they lighten spots. I'm already preparing for the next course. I'll start during the holidays, while there will be skin peeling, I'll stay at home. I manage on my own without cosmetologists. I get Retasol from the pharmacy and wipe my face in the evenings. About a week later, the process is over and the skin is completely renewed, clean and smooth.
