32 and Aging Rapidly Despite Healthy Lifestyle Changes

I'm 32, and over the past year, I've aged significantly. Yet, in terms of diet and lifestyle, I've started to take better care of myself. I sleep more, eat well, and all that. I look old, older than my peers. But I've always looked not so great, my face started to sag when I was about 25. Now I have forehead wrinkles - I've cut a fringe. Wrinkles on the bridge of my nose - I'm considering getting Botox. Crow's feet - probably Botox as well. And just the other day, I noticed that I'm starting to get marionette lines ☹️ And one of my eyelids has swollen. And all of this is happening asymmetrically. It's just awful. What to do??? My husband looks great, he's 36, but looks 30 at most. He's slim, I'm skinny, not tall, I dress relatively youthful - puffer jackets, fur coats, jeans, but still, people address me as 'woman'. It makes me want to go and hang myself.

By the age of 30, it's time to impress with something other than a fresh body. Do you want to be called a girl at 30? A mature, married woman? Seriously, look at the situation from the outside. Now you're going to inject Botox, but what will you do at 40, 50, 60? It's high time to change your outlook on life.

You, the author, even if you inject Botox and the like, and you have no obvious wrinkles, you will still not be called a girl. Age is not just wrinkles, and 20-year-olds can have expression lines, and on the bridge of the nose or nasolabial folds, but they are still called girls, and they do not look 30 or 40.

Author, everything can be fixed. Find a good cosmetologist, do some massage to strengthen the muscular framework on your face, do facial exercises, get into sports, take collagen - for better absorption with vitamin "c". And you don't need to inject anything, you'll think about that after you're 40.

What a horror. I'm 32 as well, but no one thinks I look older than 22-23. I've been taking meticulous care of myself since I was 15. What to do? Work and work. Drink more water, exercise, eat healthy food, and of course, the treatments that were mentioned earlier.

Yet another young woman from the women's forum has popped up, of which there are a dime a dozen here. They sit at their computers with their grizzled faces and fat bottoms, yet they write that they look 20 in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Stop making us laugh already.

I genuinely believe that one can look about 7 years younger. But from a distance. I recently started a new job, and there's this girl in the same room as me. From afar, she looked slim, with a bob haircut and a thick, straight fringe. I would have guessed she was about 27. We got acquainted, and it turns out she's 34, with a 16-year-old son. BUT: up close in the lift, I see: powdered crow's feet, forehead wrinkles, drawn-on eyebrows and lips. However, there are no bags, puffy eyelids or nasolabial folds.

With a height of 164 and weight of 53? That's a bit light, you could add a couple of kilos. It won't ruin your figure and it will freshen up your face. I'm over 50. I've never been skinny, but always slim, as I'm naturally proportioned. I did maintain a certain regime, so as not to overeat. As soon as I lost more than 5 kilos, it immediately showed on my face in a negative way. In the end, I can't say I look too good, but I have few wrinkles and people often call me a girl rather than a woman. 😆

OP, your husband is probably a bit of a nonchalant for the most part, doesn't stress too much. And you're probably responsible, often worried, anxious. Right? On the outside, you seem to have described me and my man. That's exactly how we are in terms of character and attitude towards life. I think that's why there's a difference in ageing.

I looked my best at 32! It's odd how you seem to be ageing so rapidly. Or perhaps you're just fixated and it all seems that way to you? That happens quite often. There's a genetic blood test for premature ageing, where the skin loses elasticity faster, I can't remember what it's called, maybe it makes sense to get checked? Although I think you're exaggerating the problem!😊

In short, go to a cosmetologist if your budget allows and start bio-revitalisation, mesotherapy, botox where needed, and also drink (water of course,) but also vitamins called AEvit, they will support the skin if it's dry, and you can apply them to your face mixed with cream. I do all this (except botox) botox I'm planning 😊 plus I've had my lips done with Juvederm, and so on I plan to proceed 😊 and choose a good cream.

Although they call me a girl and give me 28 years, I can see that I'm an old maid! Youth and adolescence are not the absence of wrinkles, it's all in the eyes. Watch the film Tales, there's a girl in the last story with a mature bloke, just look at her gaze, don't be lazy. It's a gaze so charged with youthful energy, that no amount of botox will help you get even remotely close to it.

Author, why does this problem bother you so much? Were you a beauty with a crowd of admirers in your youth, that you're so afraid of ageing? Or do you have a specific profession - a model, actress, TV presenter? You seem to have arranged your family happiness, what are you worrying about, that you even want to hang yourself? That you won't be forever young, well that's very silly. It's time to grow up, otherwise your life will become unbearable with each passing year. Find joy in something else - career, children, family happiness. Alas, you're no longer going to be a heartbreaker.

The author, of course, Botox!!! It won't let expression lines grow even more and they will become not so deep because muscles won't be working. With the face oval - try massage with firming creams. And you don't need to get fat, my height is 161, weight 46 and I still have sides, don't know how to get rid of them. (my opinion)
Nonsense...I'm 28 years old but look a maximum of 22, no nasolabial folds, no forehead wrinkles, no drooping eyelids, never smoked, it's genetics and a healthy diet
At 28, most people still look young. Wait another 2 years and then you'll see what happens..

OP, I've been having almost the same issues with my appearance, and it's all started in the last year. Only I'm 38 now. At 37, I gave birth to my second child, who until the age of one year and two months, would wake up 2-3 times a night to breastfeed. It's from this lack of sleep and prolonged breastfeeding that I've aged significantly, especially in the face. But from a distance, you can't see the fine wrinkles. Because of my petite figure, everyone addresses me as "girl", even though I'm far from it. I recommend to OP not to give up. Proper nutrition, daily routine, mandatory physical exercise (Pilates, swimming,.. for a toned figure and good posture), good self-care and cosmetic procedures will help you. And, most importantly, change your mindset. At any age, you can look well-groomed and attractive and enjoy life. I'm planning to drink a decoction made from 4 herbs, it's called Tibetan. I've read that it rejuvenates the body, especially the skin around the eyes.

If wrinkles have been there for a long time, it's unlikely that they can be corrected with cosmetics. I think that in your case, Botox is the solution. The only other thing I can suggest is that when I get injections, I follow it up with a course of Relaxaderm Advance cream. It contains hyaluronic acid and the results from the Botox last longer. This way, you won't have to run for this procedure every six months.

Have you noticed yourself that both women and men change when they fall in love, regardless of their age? They literally bloom... They look great, their correct chakra opens, a "channel" to youth and even to eternal happiness, health 😊, and then they start dating, arguing, accumulating resentments, and that's it... they become like wrecks... and all because of what?! Because of the inner state, where you've connected... And when something's wrong with our hair, face and so on, it means that somewhere the energy channel is disrupted, it accumulates negativity and therefore something is destroyed, because negativity brings destruction with it. That's why it's very important to forgive sincerely in your heart, to let go and to love, to always be happy... so that the channel carries good energy, and it doesn't fail, so it helps the body. And this applies not only to relationships between women and men, but to everything...

I've turned 32. And I've been suffering from terrible depression since I was 30. I see changes in my skin and it's killing me. I've always been called a beauty, but now, after childbirth, I've put on weight and it's making me even more upset. I don't want to age, I don't want to become ugly. How little time we're given for youth. Why can't a person be beautiful forever. What is this. I want to be 20. Although when I was 20, I also thought oh I'm already 20. And when I think that I'm going to die anyway, then youth isn't needed and nothing at all is needed ***

If everything is indeed as dismal as you write, then of course, it's necessary to find a competent cosmetologist. So that they don't turn you into a wax doll, but get you sorted. And of course, you need to devote time to care: skincare with hyaluronic acid and collagen is a must, also drink hyaluronic acid for elasticity. Excellent anti-ageing - snail mucin. There are many creams and masks with it, I advise you to try. There's also a budget-friendly good option: the Turboslim anti-ageing series, there are a huge number of products, read up, study, this complex gives a very good result.

I'm 58. No husband. (Loads of wrinkles) but in the morning I don't remember them.. I go to wash my face. I live in a hamlet of 5 huts. In the morning I don't look for wrinkles... I look out the window to see what the weather's like.
