Considering Breast Implant Reduction After Surgery

Good day! I want to hear your opinion. Before pregnancy, I was a C cup, but after pregnancy, my breasts sagged significantly. I went to a plastic surgeon for a consultation, and he said that I needed a lift and 380 ml implants in each breast. I told the doctor that I wanted to be a C cup again, or even smaller. He said that smaller wasn't possible and assured me that I wouldn't end up with water bottles. I had the surgery, and it's been 2 years now. In the end - I'm a D cup, they sag a bit due to the weight, I can't find a swimsuit - I look at myself in the mirror and I don't like big boobs ☹️ My height is 169 cm, weight 58 kg. I'm considering changing the implants, reducing my breast size. What do you think?

Reduce it, of course. What kind of question is that? I understand if a person has never had surgery before and is doubtful, they might change their mind a thousand times... But here, the surgery has been done, but the result is not pleasing. Of course, redo it!
