Considering Breast Reduction Surgery: Comfort Vs Self-Esteem?

Should I consider breast reduction surgery? I'm very slim, my figure is generally beautiful, I feel wonderful in my own body. But! My breasts are somewhere between a C and D cup... Around 90% of our team are men, they are respectful, but I often catch their gaze in that particular place. I'm tired of wearing everything up to the neck, loose, to hide as much as possible. In short, it's very uncomfortable. Should I boost my self-esteem, or should I have the surgery? The question is absurd, but maybe I'm not the only one like this.

Don't have the surgery, who knows what the consequences might be. And what will you do if you don't like a B cup? Will you go for another surgery, but this time to enlarge them? I'm also skinny, B cup, but I would like my breasts to be bigger, as they're hardly noticeable☹️.

It's not about the size, but the shape, I'm a full C cup, no weight jumps, weight stable since 12 years old, 172 height 56 weight, with adjustment for pregnancy (plus 8 kg), didn't breastfeed, everything's fine, breasts suffer from weight fluctuations, it's a bit heavy to have a large chest, I only wear sports underwear without cups, otherwise it's vulgar and cheap, I'm not a fan of large breasts, B to C cup maximum, and even then, C cup becomes C+ before the period, such a direct bonus, I prefer smaller.
