Post-Antibiotic Acne Treatment: Dehydrated Skin and Recurring Pimples

After treating acne with topical antibiotics, my skin is awful, there's almost no inflammation, literally 1-2, after washing it's very dry, after about twenty minutes the T-zone is all shiny, inflammation only on the cheeks for some reason, despite the fact that the T-zone was always oily, the skin looks dehydrated, many creams don't suit, acne was treated with Zineryt and Metrogyl topically + plus various washes with salicylic acid and zinc. Noticed that after this course of antibiotics on the face anything - immediately a pimple (on the cheeks), the town is small, there are no decent doctors, already regret that on their advice began to treat with antibiotics, because along with the pimples killed and skin immunity. Please advise anyone who has encountered this problem I will be very grateful.

Benzoyl Peroxide 5% cream really helped me. I had terrible spots that just wouldn't go away. Plus, I also stuck to a diet and took a course of Zinc tablets. As a result, I ended up with the problem of skin dehydration. I'm restoring it like this: I make masks from red clay with honey, sour cream, and herbal decoction. Then, I apply linseed or olive oil for a few minutes (although jojoba oil is recommended, I can't find it). After the oil, I wash my face and apply a moisturising cream (iris cream from Weleda, natural ingredients, the main one is jojoba oil). For my eyelids - Blephagel 2. For the spots left by pimples - Sledocid, and for the remaining couple of inflammations, the same Benzoyl Peroxide. I'm quite pleased with the result 😊.
