Pregnant and Seeking Effective Home Remedies for Acne Scars

I had acne during the winter, my cheeks broke out due to a hormonal imbalance related to gynaecology. I treated both my face and the causes for 3 months. Now there are almost no new inflammations, but scars and brown spots are very noticeable. Question: can scars dissolve on their own over time? Has anyone been able to solve this problem at home? Are there any effective home remedies? Because, firstly, the sun is already bright and chemical peelings are not recommended until autumn. Secondly, I'm pregnant, the dermatologist said all creams for post-acne are hormonal and she can't recommend anything for me now.

Scars are unlikely to fade on their own, especially if they're deep. Here are some ointments: Contractubex, Kelofibrase, silicone gel and Kelo-cote spray, Spenco silicone sheets, Scarguard liquid cream, Dermatix, Fermenkol, Mederma.

My spots fade over time, especially from tanning. Just don't recommend going to the sunbed with them! Otherwise, make lightening masks, scrub. I make a scrub from coffee, a mask from blue clay, diluted with lemon juice and aloe. Then face cream. I add vitamin E in oil to it and everything's good 😊

Lemons and creams can improve the situation, but if the scars are deep, only a laser will do. After my teenage spots, I was left with surface irregularities, they disappeared on their own after a year or two, but one scar above my eyebrow, left over from childhood chickenpox, is still visible.

Thank you all for the advice! Regarding tanning, indeed, all the dermatologists I visited during the flare-up of the disease forbade me to sunbathe for half a year. I'm also considering clay, but I'm wondering whether it clogs the pores, my skin became oily after all these problems. And after all cosmetic procedures and pharmaceutical products are allowed, I will certainly give them a try!

OP, do you simply have spots or scars? Scars are just that, with acne they're usually either indented or look like \_/. That is, depressions in the skin. They can't be removed with creams and ointments. Your spots will go away on their own in a couple of months. You can make clay masks, use badiaga, fruit acids (squeeze strawberries onto your face).

I've been treating post-acne with badiaga and spirulina. The badiaga is just the regular one from the pharmacy in a tube. I got the spirulina in tablet form. I dissolve a tablet in water until it becomes a paste. Then I apply this green gunk to my face. Literally for a minute up to 5. Then I rinse it off. Everything's fine. I only did the badiaga and spirulina at night. If there's a lot of sun after the badiaga during the day, I use SPF cream. I'm planning to add Contractubex if this doesn't completely help. I'm scared of lasers. Because they removed some gunk from my friend's face and left an even bigger scar, a real indentation. I'm not taking the risk.
