Seeking Advice on Anti-Ageing Treatments

Girls...lately, I've been obsessed with the idea of getting a chemical peel and injections into the nasolabial folds and corners of the lips (Botox, perhaps??). I'm 32, and I'm used to being quite smooth. But now, with a small child, I've lost a lot of weight and sleep on one side and (OH MY GOD) my face has lost its smoothness and firmness...Let's discuss: WHAT TO DO? And if there are any folk remedies for instant beauty - share, write...

I want that too, I'm 29. Right now, I'm gradually losing weight after childbirth (my child is 2.5), and it's my face and chest that are slimming down first. I've just managed to get my bum close to a size 44 - but everything above is so skinny, around size 40, and my face has become gaunt, I really don't like this... Is there anything I can do about it? Should I consider a lift? ☹️

3, yes it's bad... I know, I need to exercise, otherwise I end up not eating anything at all, my chest and face are slimming down, but my bum is doing so very slowly. It feels like at this rate I'll soon develop anorexia, I can't stand looking at myself in the mirror anymore, it feels like the fat is just sliding downwards :🤣.

Anchovy [29731459] Botox, Restylane are recommended after 35. Before that, you can do mesotherapy, get some vitamins injected. I go for collagen massage treatments, really helps a lot. I also do ultratone, nitrogen, darsonval (if I spelled it right 😂) I'm 32 as well 😂.

Anchovy, the thing is, a gel is injected under the wrinkle, filling the space. The wrinkle becomes invisible. I personally have only tried hyaluronic acid. It turned out well, but it dissolves quickly, so it needs to be repeated. I do meso, but it's painful if done correctly.

Mesotherapy is a globally recognised method by French cosmetic doctors for rejuvenation, skin smoothing, and subcutaneous structure alignment. Mesotherapy involves multiple intradermal injections of cocktail preparations (amino acids, plant extracts, trace elements, enzymes, vitamins, medicinal drugs) in microdoses, introduced directly into problem areas. Surface-introduced medicinal drugs, using a special syringe-gun or by hand, create a depot and are absorbed much slower. This allows for selective impact in the necessary place, with much less medicinal drug, which completely eliminates the problem of side effects. Both individual drugs and individual "cocktails" of drugs are used.

Anchovy, you wouldn't inject yourself, would you? There are ready-made cocktails, or the cosmetologist makes up their own.

Elegance, you know, I honestly haven't tried luxury...\\there weren't any particular problems...don't know, maybe I'll have to. As for pharmacy ones - didn't find anything special either...tried oils, homemade masks, creams..but it's all NOT IT...

Peelings. Don't bother about deep ones. It's very good to do a course of glycolic now. Usually start with 5%, if the skin tolerates well, we move on to 25%, 50, 70 (you don't have to reach 70, perfectly fine with 25% sessions 10) Once a week. After peeling, you can do a massage, a mask.

I'd be interested to hear your thoughts on this: A beautician friend of mine says that no one can escape their age and that a woman will look her age at 30 and so on until 40. But after 40, you can look significantly younger. Although she also says that I don't look my age at 32, I look 30 😆. What do you think, can you look, say, 26 at 35??? Assuming you're in good shape, of course...

Honestly, I know plenty of women who look fantastic.not for their age.of course, if you measure age under a microscope that's one thing...but overall appearance is another. My friend hasn't given birth, her hormonal background hasn't changed. in my opinion she looks significantly younger.well or I'm critical of myself...I want my "cheeks" to lift again and nasolabial folds to completely disappear...there you go

Anchovy, I wouldn't advise getting botox under the eyes, the face looks very unnatural after that, and the smile is just awful. You're being advised correctly, have a peel (or even better, dermabrasion), massages, if you don't like the result, have mesotherapy, there are these ready-made mixtures called hyaluronic acid, there are already prepared syringes with the mixture.

Anchovy, if your kidneys are all right, drink water. I, for instance, drink 3 litres of pure water a day, but don't overload your kidneys right away, start with 1-1.5 litres. It's preferable not to drink after 7. Eat meat, fish, you can eat very fatty fish, it has a lot of beneficial saturated fats, don't mix it with vegetables and carbohydrates.

Anchovy, I have a suspicion that you already look good, otherwise this issue would have caught your interest around the age of 27-30 😂 If you have a small child, you simply need to get some sleep, take a holiday for at least a week.

Darling, well first pregnancy...during pregnancy I took care of course, but thoughts were elsewhere...but now it's just relevant...at 27 everything was great with my face, but then I gained weight on hormones. Regarding breakouts - you're right!!!! But peace is only a dream...creams are somehow not very effective...

I feel that peeling doesn't remove nasolabial folds. After it, the skin is smoother, creams penetrate better, the effect from procedures is better. My nasolabial folds are better after a massage, but to drastically improve the situation, it's Restylane, I think... the same injections..

A single thought kept visiting me here. I'm sharing, maybe someone has tried. I had a caesarean and I was applying Contractubex to the scar...what do you think, can this gel be applied to nasolabial folds? It seems to restore the skin as well..don't scold too much, it's a creative suggestion 🤣.

Elegance, have you ever had Restylane injections? I just want to slightly enhance my lips with Restylane, but my beautician only uses Perlane. And I've heard that Perlane is firmer than Restylane and it's recommended specifically for nasolabial folds, and only Restylane for lips.

Anchovies, once a week or every 10 days is quite enough. Get a peel, post-peel ampoule or concentrate, then you can have a classic massage, then a mask, preferably alginate. It fixes the tissues very well after the massage. You can refuse the cream mask (you can easily make it at home).

K-ga is a cosmetologist. I was too lazy to write. Postpil is post-peeling care. Usually, it's either an ampoule product (in ampoules) or a concentrate for a specific problem: whitening, lifting, restoration, anything really. Sorry, I didn't write clearly. Correct me if I get carried away with the terminology.

Beauty 57, I haven't had any injections yet, I'm still gathering information, I plan to start injections around spring. No problems at the moment 😂 Yes, I'm also interested in Curiosin... I'm doing an alginate mask, it's very good 😊

I remembered what else I wanted to write, I don't remember who asked. The DMAE meso cocktail really tightens the face oval. There's mono, there's complex, and there's complex plus - it's super, I tell you! There are 2 bottles. One (with DMAE) is used for classic meso (eyes, oval and décolleté are well tightened), and the second (hyaluronic acid) can be introduced separately to fill nasolabial folds, wrinkles, etc.

Elegance, I'm also gathering information, my lips are a bit asymmetrical on their own, but the cosmetologist told me, no problem, I'll even it out. This is what scares me, what if she doesn't even it out or makes it worse, and Perlane supposedly dissolves after 2 years.

Curiosin is a chemist's ointment for problematic skin (from spots). It contains hyaluronic acid. Zinc hyaluronate - if I've written it correctly. It's an alternative to meso, though it takes longer. I've used up three tubes on my nasolabial folds and around my eyes. My nasolabial folds started to smooth out - the effect started from the bottom. I recommend it to all my girlfriends, no one wants to commit to something for so long. Everyone wants it - here and now 😊.

I couldn't care less about how old people think I am 😊. I look my age, 36, and I'm happy with it, I don't delude myself with "rejuvenation", I feel great at my age. The main thing is to take care of oneself. Shine. A regal posture and a "none of your business" stride. After all, there are such aristocratic old ladies! - you can't help but admire! Even though they have wrinkles, grey hair, and their hands - like buckwheat....

Darling, we apply Curiosin, wait a bit for it to dry slightly. Then we rub a bit of moisturising cream between our fingers and press them to our eyelids and nasolabial folds. Don't rub or smear, but press exactly. Of Curiosin, as you understand - not much. Sleep, fresh air, vitamins, proper nutrition and so on. Curiosin alone is powerless 😊.

Beauty. It doesn't dry out, but the skin gets very tight. You need to slightly tilt your head back, it will dry up, tighten, and then apply cream on top. I use more cream on Curiosin than without it. But don't spread the cream, apply it precisely. You can gently tap it in.

Darling, you can always count on me (I mean - please!). I've never tried Imedin, wanted to, but none of my acquaintances took it, there are no reviews. I thought about Stvolamin, but the leading ones (doctors) don't really recommend it.

Recently, a new revolutionary procedure has emerged in the cosmetology services market - a breakthrough in anti-age therapy. This procedure is an alternative to various injections and plastic surgery. It superbly smooths out expression lines. It's called RADIO LIFTING. The effect is visible instantly, after the very first procedure.

Good morning! What a mess you've made! Well done! I've swelled up terribly today (valerian and motherwort tea at night). I applied some Lioton, washed it off after about 30 minutes. Applied Curiosin, then cream on top, as I wrote yesterday. It's significantly better now.

Zhezan, do you do your own injections? With your own little hands, that is?
