@b.tanwar · 2 months agoEither plastic surgery or weight gain. You want a miracle like steaming three cabbage leaves, drinking the infusion, and your breasts got bigger?! That's nonsense, OP. Hormones can help too, but they can also harm. There are no folk remedies except for push-ups!

@amymariedoxey · 2 months agoYou've been told correctly, there are no home remedies. Hormones might help, but personally, I didn't notice any changes. Generally, a good option is to build up your chest muscles, but in moderation, of course. Your breasts won't increase in size, but visually they seem larger in the décolletage.

@j.rabasaouazzani · 2 months agoInclude pork fat (yes, yes...ordinary homemade lard) and cabbage in your diet. But afterwards - you must do abdominal exercises, gluteal muscles, arm and back workouts. In short...want pecs? Eat and exercise.
