Struggling with Body Dysmorphia and Acceptance of Small Breasts

Body dysmorphia and complete rejection of my breasts. Girls, I'm on the brink of deep depression, my breasts are B cup, just nipples without any mounds. I can't buy a bra, any, even the most teenage bra is huge for me, it looks as ridiculous as if a man wore a bra. I'm very skinny, weighing 45 kg. I've thought about having a lift (I can't remember the name) where they suck fat from a problem area and inject it into the breast, thus solving 2 problems - the breast increases, the fat decreases. But... I have no fat =( I tried to gain weight for this - it didn't work. I can't have breast augmentation surgery due to medical indications, and there are no other ways to increase the breast. I don't know what to do and how to finally accept myself. By the way, my breasts have performed their function brilliantly, I breastfed my daughter until she was 3 years old. But what's the use of these functions when I look in the mirror and I'm disgusting to myself? My husband loves my breasts and accepts me as I am, but I don't accept myself... please those who suffer from the same problem respond, how do you live with this? Will a psychologist help? Or are there still some ways to increase the breast? Please don't write anything hateful, firstly I won't read it, and secondly I asked specific questions and want to get specific answers from those who faced the same problem, not from men or women with a D cup or larger.

I've always been puzzled by phrases like "my husband loves and accepts me, but I don't love myself.." In my view, you should first love and value yourself, then you'll meet a partner with whom feelings will be mutual. The other way around? In life, those who don't understand their own worth are often not valued.

I wouldn't recommend lipofilling. I've tried it, and the loss over time is significant, and the result simply disappears. In the end, I got implants. I used creams, and there was a result, even a good one, but it poses risks to the hormonal system. There are fillers, but that's a very dubious idea, better not even think about it. They'll drift off to who knows where. If it's not a secret, what are the medical contraindications for implants? I also wasn't allowed, but in the end, the doctors approved the endoscopic method.

45 at what height? I have similar measurements, 45-46 kg at a height of 162, A cup size breasts. I also breastfed for a long time. My husband likes thinness, small breasts. I'm also satisfied with everything, the only thing is, I have to stick to a diet. If you want larger breasts, gain weight.

I can't gain weight, I've tried living as passively as possible and eating a lot of fatty/carbohydrate-rich food in large quantities, but aside from health problems, I've gained nothing, my weight has remained the same. Height 158cm.

If I understand correctly, you have anaemia, a lack of iron? If so, replenish your iron .... Once you've replenished it, you'll start to recover. I also had anaemia after Covid, there was simply no iron in reserve... And my weight was 53, with a height of 172....I had no strength, went to give blood, and my haemoglobin was 83, iron serum 1!, and the norm is from 10 and above, this indicates that there are no reserves... And ferritin 5 is also critically low....Of course, you won't start to recover. I took Ferum Lek for over a year... As prescribed by the doctor. And I started to gain weight, currently 57.
