The thing is, I don't use commercial creams and I don't intend to use them, because from my own experience I've realised that my skin feels much better without them. I wouldn't trade oats, various plant oils, etc. for anything. But there's no escaping expression lines, as I laugh often (so to say "I laugh with my eyes") and squint at the slightest sun. And the money I've saved on creams and cleansers, I'm ready to spend on Botox, though it's a bit scary. Hence why I'm asking for advice.

My friend (she's 38) had her eyes done, on the sides and underneath. Twice a year, for two years running. Then she gave up on Botox and she got saggy skin in those areas (like an old woman) (her words, not mine). As for me, I had a few treatments in the brow area 2 years ago - I had quite pronounced expression lines there. I had it done once, it seemed insufficient, so they gave me more, but even after that, I felt like there was no effect (all the treated areas were just as mobile as before, frowning was just as easy as before the Botox, the wrinkles didn't fill in). And they couldn't give me any more (the doctor said that my inner eyebrow corners could droop and give me an angry facial expression). In short, I still don't understand the point of these injections. But my wrinkles have reduced by 70% (the effect is still there) - I don't know why - from the Botox, or from the fact that I've started to control my facial expressions very strictly.
