By the way, surprisingly, the scars around the areolas are more noticeable. (they're quite white), but not the vertical and anchor ones. That's what I saw on the girl. Don't be afraid of the vertical scar, if you need to do it. I'm going to be sticking plasters on for half a year now, so they're as thin as possible. And then we'll see what and how - there's laser, ozone and permanent. Permanent makeup covers not only those scars around the areolas, but also vertical ones for example. If they're a bit lighter, they're evened out to the skin colour. Perhaps you have a rough stitch on your leg? It should be noted that the cosmetic stitch, which is done during a breast lift, is much thinner than the stitch from a regular operation.

Of course, I initially wanted a periareolar lift, even though I didn't really need it to make my breasts fully perky. It has many downsides, for example, the scar can stretch significantly and become noticeable. Also, one doctor suggested combining the periareolar lift with silicone, but in my case, I already have a C cup, it would have resulted in a huge D cup with a size 6 clothing. Why would I need that? And obviously, I have a narrow chest, they would have sagged quickly. My situation was on the edge between a vertical and an anchor lift. The doctor explained that in my case, the vertical would sag faster, the breast shape is less predictable and there is a high probability of subsequent corrections. I was initially very worried about the extra scar, but then I decided on the anchor lift, since the surgeon recommends it.

In addition, there are cosmetic procedures - laser, ozone, tattooing. Surprisingly, the scars that are around the areola are more visible, they are white. And the vertical scar is skin-coloured. Henna is used to create very beautiful designs, I might apply it for some time while the scars are red.

Of course, there are incisions on the chest itself. I had an anchor one. I was told that in the case of a vertical, there's a high chance that a correction will be needed and that it will sag faster. The terrible scars you see on the internet are after fresh surgeries. I recently saw a girl with vertical stitches. Her surgery was about 8 months ago... They don't stand out at all, you have to know where to look. I'm planning to tape the stitches after the surgery for about 6 months for sure. It helps a lot.
