"A heap of reviews, yet very little on the topic - what are the drawbacks, really?\n1. The seams, not everyone has the ability to hide the seam under the armpit or along the edge of the areola - if under the breast - the seams will be visible - perfect options are very rare.\n2. Placement of implants under the gland or under the muscle - under the muscle hurts for a long time... and under the gland, there's a risk of sagging and skin stretching, which leads to subsequent operations to increase the implants.\n3. Fibrosis - tissue densification and formation of a dense capsule of connective tissue around the implants - this is how the body rejects a foreign body. The most unpleasant thing is unilateral fibrosis - in simple terms - one breast is normal and the other stands like a ball and a pole, even if the implant is teardrop-shaped... not a pleasant sight.\n4. Stooping, which appears in you, because they put weight on your chest and it became hard to keep your back straight - after a few years, both the breast and the back are wheel-like... nothing funny. You need to strengthen your back muscles.\n5. Your sensation - you feel them - no matter how modern they are - you feel them. It's hard to sleep on your stomach, for some it's just hell - not to sleep on the stomach, then, you swam in the pool or in the sea - the breast becomes the same temperature with the body not immediately, but after about ten minutes. The previous ten minutes it retains the water temperature and your insides are also cold. In frosty weather, you need to wrap your chest warmly otherwise you can catch a cold in the breast gland itself, which is between the implant and the skin.\n"
