When you start to sweat heavily in the summer, you must definitely drink water. People somehow think that if they drink less, they'll sweat less. But that's not the case, they'll sweat just the same, and they might even get dehydrated. And if hyperhidrosis only occurs in the summer, it's most likely caused by the heat, and there's nothing you can do about it. If you're indoors, you can turn on the air conditioning, but you don't have that option outside. But you can use Driclor, a medication that's specifically indicated for hyperhidrosis. It needs to be applied to the armpits, as stated in the instructions. It's convenient because you only need to apply it every few days.

The appearance of spots isn't always dependent on diet. And you should go not to a beautician, but to a dermatologist. Retin-A cream 0.05% helped me with acne, it was specifically selected for me by a dermatologist. It's suitable for treating spots for those whose skin is prone to dryness and sensitivity.

Well, there are specific products for acne. If your skin type is closer to dry, then Tretinoin cream would suit you, if it's closer to oily, then Isotretinoin. Both medications work excellently for pimples and spots. But sometimes the cause of pimples is due to polycystic ovary syndrome, in which case a gynaecologist prescribes the treatment.
