Yes, under anaesthesia and with a plaster cast as usual, the thing is, the duration of the operation is shorter and after just 10 days there's hardly any swelling on the nose. As a rule, if the first operation is done well, you just have to correct some aspects, although I could have avoided doing this, but since I started, I decided to see it through to the end, which I'm very glad about. And why did the nose start to twist? Was it narrowed?

It can only warp if they left the partition crooked and didn't touch it. And slightly asymmetrical nostrils are nothing compared to a crooked nose, although it depends on what kind of distortion the OP has, maybe there's nothing to discuss at all. Mine was just heavily shifted to the right to such an extent that if you imagine an isosceles triangle and shift one side to a right angle and leave the other, you get my broken nose😢 After the first rhino, I didn't do a repeat but a correction, and you can't see my operation at all. If everything is done tastefully and with the maximum preservation of the shape given by nature. It depends on how severe the deviation is. I'm in favour because I've been through it myself, but in my case, I needed to have the surgery at 15, not 25, because my bones had formed unevenly. I had surgery and correction, and of course, it's not perfectly straight, but it's a million times straighter than it was. So, you just need to tackle this issue, find a good surgeon who inspires trust and takes responsibility for what they do, and go for it! 😆 Your nose is already crooked, what have you got to lose?

Predictably, everyone here will say that, of course, it's not necessary, looks aren't everything and so on. Nonsense! "Used to myself" doesn't mean it's beautiful and doesn't spoil. A broken nose can't not spoil a face! Especially, if it's not too small. I reckon, you should get a rhino, to make your face symmetrical, and the nose prettier, it doesn't mean changing its natural shape, but restoring it as it should be, and then, maybe, you're naturally a beauty, not "nothing special".
