Preventing Breast Size Loss While Exercising?

I'm 23, my height is 160cm, weight 48kg. Measurements 82/62/88. Seems alright, but my figure doesn't look great: saggy skin, a bit of a belly, cellulite, love handles, very weak arms. Decided to start exercising and eating right. A month of workouts, pull-ups, running, abs and I'm starting to notice that my figure is improving, BUT my breasts are getting smaller, lost 2cm in a month. I understand that due to the workouts, fat is being burned and the breasts are getting smaller. But how much smaller can they get, they're already very small, I have to wear push-up bras to look somewhat feminine, been self-conscious all my life. Can't quit working out because I want to be able to do pull-ups, have strong arms/legs, a nice bum etc. Here's the question: is there a way to prevent my breasts from getting smaller without quitting sports? If I stop eating right and go back to my old diet (including fatty, fried food etc.), can my breasts grow back those 2cm?
