In my teenage years, my nose seemed to be an outright hindrance to my life😆. Even then, I understood that I was unlikely to go under the knife. Terrifying. So many botched operations! So many complications! But now, I love my nose. Because it's a part of me. And those who loved/love me, love my nose too. Besides, who is perfect anyway?

What's more important to her is to understand through us what HE feels towards her..You know, I think that you are indeed needed by him and don't listen to those who say that he doesn't love you -- he does love you, but (but!) he's a very complicated person.. likely with a lot of personal complexes, one of which is to have a wife that everyone would turn around to look at (in other words - be envious of). It's pointless to blame him for this, it's also impossible to change.
