Disappointed with Blepharoplasty Results, No Improvement Seen

2 months ago, I had a circular blepharoplasty. I'm 45 years old, although my skin wasn't sagging, there were small hernias. Immediately after the operation, a large roll appeared under my right eye. At first, it even sagged from the weight and the lash line receded significantly. In the 2nd month, I'm injecting Longidaza, the roll is very slowly decreasing. But how tired I am of this. The operation did not give visible improvements, although the stitches are neat, the lower ones disappeared after 3 weeks. The upper ones are almost unnoticeable. I'm surprised that so much is cut off, they fuss around, but no rejuvenation happened. I didn't hear a single compliment after the operation. And I don't see the difference myself.
