Confused About Eye Wrinkles and Various Treatment Advice

Girls, I know there have been discussions before, but I want to ask about my situation, does anyone know? Different beauticians recommend different things and I'm just confused! I'm 31, expression lines have started to appear but the lines are going downwards and there's a fine mesh under my eyes, I'm really scared of the lines going DOWN- it's only going to get worse... I thought about Botox- I was in the States, I consulted a doctor there- she gave me a couple of injections in the forehead (very natural effect by the way), but she says they don't do Botox under the eyes- suggests mesotherapy or radio frequencies... I read that they indeed don't usually do it under the eyes, but the wrinkles only appear when I move my face- so it's directly related to facial expressions, I don't understand why Botox wouldn't help... OK. Then upon my return, I consulted another beautician- this woman doesn't recommend radio frequencies- says it's all very temporary, said I need peels! And I don't know what to do? The Shiseido cream somehow removes the mesh, but what about the lines going down.. it's ruining it ☹️.

Dealing with Early Wrinkles and Droopy Eyebrows at 29

Looking around, even those who are 5-10 years older have smooth foreheads without wrinkles, and without Botox (I've seen videos and asked). At 29, I have to raise my eyebrows so they don't droop over my eyes, but when I do that, three lines appear on my forehead. Instantly adds 15 years ☹️ A terribly unattractive sight coupled with dark circles under my eyes. I've heard Botox doesn't help, it just masks the problem and not always successfully.

Considering Botox and Fillers: Need Advice on Consequences

Hello! I started going to a beautician on the advice of a good friend (she's 32, had her eyes and forehead restored with Botox) and after the first appointment, the beautician prescribed me Roaccutane and a facial cleanse. She said that afterwards, we could plump up my nasolabial folds (they are indeed pronounced, but I wouldn't say too much!) and a couple of emerging wrinkles on the forehead with Botox. Honestly, I've been wondering, do I really need this right now? And please tell me, what are the consequences of these fillers? Will it just dissolve or could it sag and deform my face? Thanks in advance for all the answers. I'd like to get advice from knowledgeable people!

Is Regular Hair Straightening a Treatment or Temporary Fix?

Hello. For those who have had this procedure, could you share your experiences? I've read that if you do it often there's a cumulative effect and you'll need to do it less frequently each month. So my question is, is this actually a treatment? Or just a quick fix for split ends, as it straightens them. And what will happen if I only do it 1-2 times and then stop? Will my hair be like cotton wool?

Experiences with Botox for Lip-Chin Lines?

Hello. One of the causes of 'sadness wrinkles' (also known as lip-chin lines or marionette lines) is increased muscle tone. Botox can have a positive effect here, but only in skilled hands. Many cosmetologists do not work with this area, as there is a high risk of complications. Has anyone had Botox in the lower third of the face (mouth area, chin) and what were the results? I'm very interested to hear.

27 Year Old Struggles With Persistent Acne and Scarring

I'm 27 years old, and since I was 13, I've been plagued with terrible acne. Now, one or two spots appear on my face and body, but my whole face is covered in enlarged pores and scars. I've tried: Fraxel, Laser rejuvenation, Dermabrasion, Chemical peels, acid peels, etc., Hyaluronic acid, Ointments, creams. NOTHING has helped, can anyone help, advise, maybe I'm not on the right track? I'm exhausted with this problem, because in addition to my face, my entire back is like this too, what should I do?

Anti ageing

Community Topics Anti ageing

Anti ageing are marks or indentations left on the skin after severe acne heals. They can appear as raised, depressed, or discolored areas, resulting from inflammation and damage to the skin tissue.
