Teenager Seeking Advice to Convince Parents for Rhinoplasty

I'm not happy with the shape of my nose (I'm 17) and I'd really like to get a rhinoplasty. I understand that from the outside this might seem like a whim - but the NOSE... it's perhaps my only complex... Give me some advice... how to persuade my parents? Make them believe that this is REALLY important to me...

23-Year-Old Considers Nose Job, Seeks Advice and Experiences

I'm a 23-year-old girl. I have big eyes, a wide nose and thin lips with a small mouth. I'm planning to save up for a nose job. I can't have my lips done because I'm allergic to lidocaine, which they add to hyaluronic acid. So, the question is, should I reduce my nose? Does anyone have any experience? I get really self-conscious when I smile, my nose takes up half my face 😟.

Post-Op Breast Augmentation Complications: Persistent Seroma Leak

Good day. In mid-May, I had a breast augmentation operation and removal of gel (soybean oil). The surgeon removed part of the mammary gland. Initially, a purulent wound appeared on the right breast, then over the course of a month a scab formed and the wound seemed to heal. But a week later, seroma began to leak from the wound (it remained from the drainage tube). The doctor prescribed strong antibiotics (meropenem) but they didn't significantly help. The wound has almost healed, but the seroma continues to leak, albeit in smaller amounts - about a tablespoon, maybe a little more throughout the day. The surgeon says it needs to be removed - if the antibiotic didn't help, there's only one solution. Has anyone encountered something similar?

Post-Rhinoplasty Nose Tip Direction and Uneven Nostrils Concerns

Good night, kiddos. Could you please tell me, is it normal that after my rhinoplasty, the tip of my nose is pointing in a different direction and my nostrils have become uneven..? I had a bump on my nose, the surgeon removed the bump and lifted the tip slightly, I'm very pleased with the result in profile, but face-on I can see that something's not right. I wrote to my surgeon, he says it's probably due to swelling, that there's just more swelling on one side, but I don't know.. It's been almost a month since the operation, I don't know what to do with myself, I'm very worried, I just hope I won't have to have a repeat plastic surgery.

Considering Breast Lift Before Pregnancy: Worth It or Not?

I'm 21 years old. Since my teenage years, I've had large breasts, which began to sag around the age of 15 as I grew. At about 18, due to stress, I gained and lost weight rapidly, and my breasts grew to an F cup. When I lost weight again, they completely lost their shape. Now, my breasts are an E cup, heavy and significantly sagging, and my areolas are very large. I've started thinking about surgery and have consulted about it. The problem is that a vertical lift doesn't suit me, only an anchor lift, but it's a fairly complex operation and the recovery is long. So, I'm wondering, is it worth it? I haven't had children yet and for now, I can't reduce the breast tissue itself, only a lift and areola reduction. No one guarantees that after pregnancy and breastfeeding they won't sag again and then it's all over again, especially if I have more than one child. On the other hand, I definitely don't plan to have children until at least 25, so I'd like to have normal breasts for a while, and with such sagging, I risk not getting married at all. What would you advise? And who has had a large breast lift without implants before pregnancy, did they sag again after breastfeeding and could you breastfeed normally after the operation?

Struggling with Large Bust: Seeking Advice on Acceptance or Reduction

For many years, I've been battling with the complex of having large breasts and I still can't accept it. At school, I was often teased, and at university, everyone made fun of me. At work, the majority are women, but there are a couple of men who once thought I couldn't hear them mocking me. I personally am tolerant towards all people and their peculiarities, because I perfectly understand that it's not their choice, just like in my case, I didn't ask for or choose this burden. I'm short in stature, and because of my breasts, it seems like I'm chubby, it's hard on my back, it's difficult to find a bra. I wanted to have a reduction surgery, but so far I can't afford it. Can anyone share their experience who has already had a reduction? Or how to accept it anyway.
