Good day. In mid-May, I had a breast augmentation operation and removal of gel (soybean oil). The surgeon removed part of the mammary gland. Initially, a purulent wound appeared on the right breast, then over the course of a month a scab formed and the wound seemed to heal. But a week later, seroma began to leak from the wound (it remained from the drainage tube). The doctor prescribed strong antibiotics (meropenem) but they didn't significantly help. The wound has almost healed, but the seroma continues to leak, albeit in smaller amounts - about a tablespoon, maybe a little more throughout the day. The surgeon says it needs to be removed - if the antibiotic didn't help, there's only one solution. Has anyone encountered something similar?

Considering Breast Lift Before Pregnancy: Worth It or Not?

I'm 21 years old. Since my teenage years, I've had large breasts, which began to sag around the age of 15 as I grew. At about 18, due to stress, I gained and lost weight rapidly, and my breasts grew to an F cup. When I lost weight again, they completely lost their shape. Now, my breasts are an E cup, heavy and significantly sagging, and my areolas are very large. I've started thinking about surgery and have consulted about it. The problem is that a vertical lift doesn't suit me, only an anchor lift, but it's a fairly complex operation and the recovery is long. So, I'm wondering, is it worth it? I haven't had children yet and for now, I can't reduce the breast tissue itself, only a lift and areola reduction.
