Teen Daughter Planning for Breast Augmentation, Seeking Advice

My daughter is 15 years old, an A cup. I recently found out that she's decided to save up for surgery. She says she'll start setting aside from her pocket money now, get a part-time job in the summer, and so on. I told her it's expensive, and that she's only 15 and still growing. But she's not having it, she read somewhere that if your breasts haven't grown by the time you're 15, they won't be more than an A cup!!! How should I react? Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Kind people, please help with advice!!! I'm almost 19, A cup breasts, but the areolas are very large, about 9 centimetres in diameter😟 I'm very self-conscious and scared to undress in front of boys. My breasts are terrible, not only are they small and saggy, but the areolas cover the whole breast!!! What to do? Maybe there are some operations to reduce the areolas??? It's just a cry from the heart, I'm in despair.
