Nose Fillers Not Working, Seeking Alternatives

Who's had nose muscle fillers to reduce its size? I had them 4 months ago but the injection didn't really take. Because after the procedure, I was still wrinkling my nose as before, i.e. the muscles weren't paralysed as they should have been. I saw a girl who had been injecting her nose for 4 years. After the muscles got used to it, the injection didn't take. For more than half a year now, she's been walking around with a big swollen nose. I'm really scared of ending up in a similar situation, but I was thinking about increasing the dose and trying again. Is there any kind of machine alternative to injections, to give the nose a more aesthetic look? In case the fillers stop working sooner or later? And is it true that surgeons find it very difficult to perform rhinoplasty on temporarily atrophied muscles after injections? Or is that just a rumour? Has anyone done it? What do you know?

Hiding Rhinoplasty From Family: Should I Confess?

Three weeks ago, I had a rhinoplasty. I had been contemplating it for a long time, overall my appearance is attractive, I'm married, have children, my husband loves me. But my nose was always a bit long in profile, the older I got, the more it irritated me. It also added extra age. My husband, of course, was in shock, but I found a good surgeon and convinced him that I would only slightly correct the length of my nose. I won't change the full face view. I took leave from work, sent my mum to the seaside with the youngest child and had the operation. The result is not quite clear to me yet, as there is swelling and indentations, but overall, I haven't changed much in full face view, they also tried to keep the profile as much as possible, but now there's a big swelling on the bridge, the nostrils are different due to the swelling, I have to wait for the final result. Mum, when she saw me for the first time, 17 days after the operation, asked what's with the face, I said that I had injections, so it swelled and is bruised. Then she started looking at me more closely and said that I'm a different person in profile, where did such a bump on the bridge come from. I blamed it all on the injections and said it would go away. We're also experiencing incredible heat, so the swelling is severe. My eldest son, by the way, hasn't noticed anything, he's 19 years old. At least he's silent. I also don't plan to tell anyone at work, just changed my hairstyle, lost 5 kg due to stress and the post-operative period, the bruises have almost gone, I'll cover it up with foundation. I don't understand whether I should continue to deceive my mum or tell her. I know she'll worry a lot about the fact that I've had an operation and in general, changes are hard for people of the older generation to accept.

Considering Breast Lift Before Having Children?

I'm 20, during a certain period of time, I lost a lot of weight, didn't look after my breasts, now they're saggy, nipples looking down...in short....a horror of horrors.... I'm planning to have a lift, just a lift, has anyone done it before childbirth? and your opinion for or against all of this)

Breast Augmentation Before Childbirth: Worth It?

I'm interested in the personal experiences of women who have had breast augmentation before childbirth. How did your breasts change, the overall appearance during childbirth, after childbirth, during feeding, did they sag, decrease, increase? I am planning on having a child, but not in the near future, not earlier than in a couple of years. Doctors, of course, assure that there's nothing to worry about and the operation can be done, but I'm still afraid that during pregnancy they may sag, increase too much or something else, and afterwards a new operation will be needed. Please tell me, those who have done it, how did it all work out for you? Or is it better to do it after childbirth? I think that this is the optimal option, but when I decide to have a child, I don't know yet. Is it worth waiting? Thank you.

Rhinoplasty Using Rib Cartilage: Any Experiences?

Today, I went for a consultation with a surgeon about rhinoplasty. They said that an implant was needed for my nose, to which I flatly refused, saying I didn't want an implant. Then, they suggested the most optimal option of taking cartilage from my rib. Has anyone tried doing rhino with this version?

Breast Implants After Biogel Removal: Safe?

About 4 years ago, like a fool, I embarked on this venture - breast augmentation using biogel. Not so long ago, it started migrating and a lump formed between my breasts. I went to various clinics - some doctors said that you could get rid of the gel and insert implants all in one operation; others said it's better to separate these operations with at least a six-month interval. I chose the latter. A week ago, I removed the gel. Now I don't know if it's safe to get implants after having had the gel? The doctor who removed the gel for me said that it's not dangerous if at least half a year passes and the implant is placed not where the gel was, but in a different place - under the muscle, so that the implant doesn't get contaminated with gel residues. Has anyone been in this situation?

Struggling with nose appearance insecurities

Overall, I have a sweet face, classic features, but my nose seems like it was borrowed from a crow and stuck onto me. It doesn't look entirely sad on its own, but it's a bit long, with a drooping round tip and nostrils that peek outwards. I've tried to visually flatten it with my hands and then my mug looked very doll-like. I've thought about rhinoplasty before, but again, it certainly spoils the look, but I think it's scary to have surgery if it's not exactly like Baba Yaga's. What to do?
