Advice Needed on Breast Augmentation Redo Options

Hello to everyone who has had breast augmentation, especially those who started from nothing. The first augmentation was from a 235, the second from a 300, the result clearly isn't satisfactory, it's too small. The doctor just couldn't explain to me how it would all look, I'm 27 years old, has anyone else been in a similar situation?? Has anyone had a redo? Also, does anyone know or have heard of the "Motiva" implants? I'd like to change the profile and of course, a bigger size, height 158, weight 50, please respond, thank you, please don't write if you're off-topic.

Worried About Nose After Minor Bump

Girls, almost 3 months ago I had a rhinoplasty and today on the bus a girl accidentally hit my nose, or rather the tip of my nose, there was no blood, breathing is fine, externally everything is also normal, but the impact was unpleasant (the pain passed after a minute) and it felt like my pressure dropped. Could you please tell me if everything will be okay with my nose?

Choosing Between Breast or Nose Surgery

I have an extremely small breast size, not even an A cup. Simply zero, even less than that.. until 20 I kept hoping it would grow โ€“ this was suggested to me by the endocrinologist and gynaecologists. Thankfully, I didn't take any hormones, my mind prevailed. Now I'm 21, and my mum has agreed to pay for a breast enlargement operation (I want a B cup), because she understands the complexes it causes, especially in this day and age, especially in my case โ€“ it's not just small, it's flat. Moreover, I've always said that I would remain a virgin, because I would never undress in front of a boy in my life. We decided to do it in October-November, so it would be more comfortable to wear a corset and not in the heat. Besides this, I have a small bump on my nose, from the side it really spoils my face, especially from one side. And now I don't know whether to do my breasts (which I'm not planning to show off), or my nose, because people see my face every day.

Will Breast Enlargement Look Natural?

Hello, in the next 2 years I plan to have a breast enlargement, due to the lack of choice in underwear and the absence of cleavage, even though I really love to wear tank tops and open dresses, so there are no complexes and never have been. My question is how natural will it look? My measurements are 164 height, 45 weight, 77 bust, 68 underbust, 60 waist, 86 hips.

Considering Rhinoplasty: Seeking Post-Surgery Experiences

I've been plagued by a complex since my teenage years - it's my nose. I had an injury in childhood, so naturally, my nose is like a cleaver, at least that's how I imagine it. My loved ones say, "Your nose is fine," but I understand they're used to it, maybe they're just comforting me. I dream of a beautiful nose, I was scheduled for surgery, prepared, gave blood a week in advance, but they didn't take me for the operation - low haemoglobin, I took it as a sign from above, well I thought it wasn't meant to be. Now, two years later, I'm considering it again, I really want it, I'm happy with everything else about myself, but not my nose. Has anyone had rhinoplasty? How did your life turn out after the operation? Are you happy? Satisfied?

Considering Breast Lift or Implants After Kids?

After breastfeeding two children, my breasts have lost all their firmness and I dislike their appearance. My husband says they're fine as they are. The question of plastic surgery has come up. I can't seem to figure out what I want. A lift will leave a visible scar underneath, I'm afraid I won't like implants (though I don't know why I think this). I was always a confident B cup. Never wore a push-up. I want to regain my former sexiness, but I'm afraid I'll regret it later. To those who've done it, mums, which option did you go for?

Breast Implants with Autoimmune Disease Concerns?

Hello, girls! Are there any among you who have had breast implants while having an autoimmune disease (for example, rheumatoid arthritis)? Did they settle in okay or were there any problems? Were you taking any serious medication for your condition at the time of the surgery? I know that an autoimmune disease is a contraindication for breast augmentation, but I so want to have a normal chest, yet I'm scared to make the decision๐Ÿ˜Ÿ.

Should I Get Rhinoplasty After 6 Years?

When I was about 15, I broke my nose. Broke it so badly that I didn't even realise at first. I had a straight nose, but it became slightly turned to the left, barely noticeable. It also became a bit uneven. Well, I just shrugged it off ๐Ÿ˜Š Today, I bumped my nose against the coffee maker, it was fine, just a bruise, but approaching the mirror with thoughts about my nose, I looked at myself differently. Over 6 years, I've become so accustomed to my appearance that I didn't notice it was spoiling the whole picture (not a big deal, but still). I immediately remembered how my mum was upset seeing me at 15, already with a broken nose and for almost a month suggested I get rhinoplasty. I asked a friend, I've known her since childhood, she said she can't even remember what I looked like before the break, she's used to it too ๐Ÿ˜Š Unfortunately, I can't post a photo. I'm genuinely scared to have the operation. I'm afraid of the operation itself, I'm afraid of a bad result. There's no one else to ask for advice. Overall, I'm ordinary, not a beauty, but not ***. Should I have the operation in pursuit of perfection, so to speak, or should I just spit it out, adjust my brain and move on? Please advise.

Advice Needed: Face-Lifting Threads or Alternatives?

Girls, I want to address all those who have had face-lifting threads. In general, the problem is only just beginning. I look younger than my 42 anyway. I recently bought cream in a pharmacy. So, the pharmacist told me it's too early for me. It's for after 40. She was of course surprised that I'm over 40. As she sees me often. She would have guessed a maximum of 34. But I see that jowls are starting to form. So, I'm thinking about a lift. I've never done anything like this before. At home, I only use a dermaroller and Nevoton. In general, give me advice on what threads you've had and what effect they had. Or maybe just inject hyaluronic acid.
