Advice Needed on Breast Augmentation Redo Options

Hello to everyone who has had breast augmentation, especially those who started from nothing. The first augmentation was from a 235, the second from a 300, the result clearly isn't satisfactory, it's too small. The doctor just couldn't explain to me how it would all look, I'm 27 years old, has anyone else been in a similar situation?? Has anyone had a redo? Also, does anyone know or have heard of the "Motiva" implants? Should I Get Rhinoplasty After 6 Years?

When I was about 15, I broke my nose. Broke it so badly that I didn't even realise at first. I had a straight nose, but it became slightly turned to the left, barely noticeable. It also became a bit uneven.
