Long-term Consequences of Regular Non-surgical Rhinoplasty?

Does anyone know what the consequences might be if you were to have non-surgical rhinoplasty (injecting fillers into the nose) on a regular basis? For instance, once every 1-2 years, for the duration of one's life. I've heard that in the end, the tissues might atrophy, even if the fillers aren't hormonal. I'd like to have this procedure instead of the usual rhinoplasty, but I'm afraid of the consequences.

Struggling With Self-Acceptance Due To Large Bust Size

I have a large bust and I don't like it. A C cup, when I'm on my period it's closer to a D. I really want a smaller bust, an A-B cup. I'm slim myself, 51 kg, waist 60 cm, but my bust makes the top look bulky! Because of this, I seem thicker, especially since I don't have much of a bum, so it's just the bust sticking out. When I walk, it jiggles, it irritates me, constant questions like "oh, you have such a large bust, is it natural? What size?". I wear loose clothing (top) to hide it a bit. I would never in my life go for a reduction surgery! I don't want to voluntarily go for surgery.. My bust - my only complex. Are there any others here like me? How to accept myself?

Seeking Advice: Nose Job with Thick Skin Complications?

Girls! I want to have a nose job. But it's not just aesthetics for me, I need to correct my nasal septum, I had an injury. So, I've been to several clinics and they told me they can't guarantee the results, as I have thick skin on my face. Has anyone encountered this??? Or is it just that I didn't turn to the pros?

Seeking Advice on Breast Lift Without Implants

In general, I have this problem: at 20 years old, sagging breasts, specifically an A cup😟 More precisely, it's tubular breasts, a congenital defect. I've previously started a thread on a forum, asking if it's possible to avoid surgery, but alas, it's not possible. The question is, can I just have a breast lift, without implants? I really don't want artificial breasts, I'm satisfied with an A cup, not in its current form of course, but it's normal for my body type😊 Please, if anyone has encountered this problem, or simply understands it, write your opinion.

Breast Augmentation Leads to Squeaky Right Implant

Girls, a month and a half ago I had a breast augmentation. No lift. Arion implants, 360 mm, high profile. The work is perfect: beautiful stitches, symmetry, everything healed quickly, practically no discomfort. BUT! When I squeeze my breast or make sudden movements, my right breast squeaks. Just like snow in winter. What's this? Has anyone encountered such a phenomenon? 😊

Struggling with Body Dysmorphia and Acceptance of Small Breasts

Body dysmorphia and complete rejection of my breasts. Girls, I'm on the brink of deep depression, my breasts are B cup, just nipples without any mounds. I can't buy a bra, any, even the most teenage bra is huge for me, it looks as ridiculous as if a man wore a bra. I'm very skinny, weighing 45 kg. I've thought about having a lift (I can't remember the name) where they suck fat from a problem area and inject it into the breast, thus solving 2 problems - the breast increases, the fat decreases. But... I have no fat =( I tried to gain weight for this - it didn't work. I can't have breast augmentation surgery due to medical indications, and there are no other ways to increase the breast. I don't know what to do and how to finally accept myself. By the way, my breasts have performed their function brilliantly, I breastfed my daughter until she was 3 years old. But what's the use of these functions when I look in the mirror and I'm disgusting to myself? My husband loves my breasts and accepts me as I am, but I don't accept myself... please those who suffer from the same problem respond, how do you live with this? Will a psychologist help? Or are there still some ways to increase the breast? Please don't write anything hateful, firstly I won't read it, and secondly I asked specific questions and want to get specific answers from those who faced the same problem, not from men or women with a D cup or larger.

Can Plastic Surgery Address Facial Asymmetry?

I want to change the shape of my face, is this possible? I have facial asymmetry, one side is slightly larger than the other, it's not particularly noticeable in life, but in photos it's very visible, because of this my nose is a bit crooked... Can anything be done about this with plastic surgery? What is such a procedure called? Thank you.

Discussing Effects and Coping with Empty Nose Syndrome

Hello everyone, I've encountered a problem called empty nose syndrome. It occurred after rhinoplasty and cauterisation of the nasal conchae. Now, it's causing dryness in both my nose and eyes. Also, there's either a large flow of air or paradoxical nasal congestion. If anyone else has this problem, don't keep quiet! 😊 How are you coping?
