You’ll first have a consultation with a practitioner to discuss the problem area you want to correct and the fullness you want to restore. When you’re ready, we can have the Lanluma injectables ready for use within just 10 minutes.
The areas the practitioner plans to inject will first be sterilised and a local anesthetic applied to remove all potential traces of pain.
It is recommended that patients undergo between 1 and 3 sessions (each up to 1 hour long) to achieve their desired look. By injecting poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA) collagen stimulants both deep into the skin and superficially, a gradual increase in collagen production creates fullness, tightening and smoothing the skin.

After the injections, patients may notice some swelling or redness around the injection sites, but this goes away within a few hours. Patients rarely need to take pain relief medication to manage any discomfort.
There is no ‘recovery period’ to speak of with such a minor, pain-free treatment. However, managing the side effects might require you to pop a paracetamol or use an ice pack to reduce any swelling.
